Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. South African deliveries are sent via The Courier Guy; international orders go via DHL Express. Final rates are calculated by weight at checkout — the figures below are starting tiers and may rise slightly with packaging and fuel surcharges.

Zone 1 — South Africa (major centres)
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth.

Zone 2 — South Africa (outlying)
Smaller towns and rural addresses across all 9 provinces.

Zone 3 — Southern Africa
Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Zimbabwe.

Customs & duties (international)
For Zone 3 and Zone 4 orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import VAT charged by the destination country. DHL will contact you directly if anything is owed.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is collected by the courier. You can also look up your tracking any time at gaiaberry.co.za/track. Lost in transit? Email info@gaiaberry.co.za with your order number.
Returns & refunds
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may cancel a direct-marketing order within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund, and return defective goods within 6 months of delivery. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened consumable products other than where CPA section 56 applies.
